Who teaches when and where?
The instructor schedule brings courses, times and instructors into one view. Plan upcoming assignments and keep track of the day as it unfolds.
The software was developed to digitise the processes ski schools use in their daily work. Nothing more, nothing less.
Plan courses
Use tile and list views alongside daily, weekly and monthly calendars. Filter by location, company and time. Organise courses automatically by ability, age and group size, and adjust them when needed.
Coordinate availability
Instructors enter their availability through the app. You can view and edit it in the administration interface.
Manage bookings
Online bookings are transferred into course management. Release or block course places in the software, with availability updated in the shop.

Klugi supports your instructor planning.
We will run Klugi’s first production model in the 2026/27 season. The local AI supports your ski school with suggestions for instructor allocation.
Locally on your server
Klugi runs directly on your ski school’s server and uses information from your course planning.
Allocation with context
Availability, preferences and previous courses inform the suggested instructor assignments.

Review the suggestions and adjust assignments to your ski school’s requirements.

Your instructors manage their daily closings in the app. Colors distinguish open, submitted and confirmed closings; administration reviews the reports in its overview.

Course tickets, confirmations & check-in
Connect bookings with the on-site workflow, using digital or printed tickets.
- Course tickets are emailed automatically after payment.
- Design booking confirmations with your own images and text, as PDFs or emails.
- Use unique student QR codes to check course duration, start and end at check-in.
- Use group tickets for snow events and printable course overviews.

Request and take on private lessons
Guests request a private lesson that an instructor or guide can take on through the app. Publish available offers directly from the app.
- The course enquiry is open to several instructors and guides for acceptance. Guests do not select a specific person in advance.
- An instructor or guide accepts the enquiry through the instructor app.
- The guide then releases the booking for payment in the app.
- If a guide is unavailable, the booking can be transferred to another available ski guide.
Instructor app & end-of-day reports
The app connects work on the slopes with administration in the office and can use your logo and colours.

- Automatically inform instructors about assignments and course changes.

Purchase your own licence
The purchase model does not include revenue sharing for use of the software. Maintenance and support are agreed separately. A rental model is also available.
Maintenance for your season
Course management maintenance follows the active course months. We agree the specific arrangement to suit your operation.
Support your shop all year
Shop maintenance is considered annually, independently of course operations. Bookings outside the season remain part of the planning.

Tailored workflows. A private lesson enquiry example.
One example of a customisation we have already implemented is the enquiry process for private lessons that instructors and guides can take on through the app. For this, we connected the online shop, instructor app and course planning to support this way of working. Here is how the process works:
1. Request a private lesson
Guests request a course, such as a private lesson, in the online shop with their preferred times and participants. They do not choose a specific instructor. The enquiry is open to several ski instructors and guides for acceptance in the app.
2. Accept and preplan in the app
An instructor or guide accepts the enquiry directly in the app. This automatically creates a preplanned course for that person, with the exact participants from that booking and its dates and times.
3. Schedule firmly after payment
The guide releases the booking for payment in the app. Once the booking is paid, the preplanned course becomes a firmly scheduled course.
4. Hand over when unavailable
If the instructor becomes ill or is unavailable for another reason, they can hand their course over to another ski instructor or guide.
What else would you like to know?
Do I need to purchase individual features separately?
No. Every ski school receives the complete set of features, including the app and the online shop. Individual workflow customisations may involve a separate cost.
What can instructors do through the app?
Instructors can submit availability, complete staff forms, manage courses, scan tickets and complete end-of-day reports. They can view and download signed and unsigned contracts. Contracts are printed for signing. The associated information is also available in the administration interface.
Can Kursbiachle adapt to our workflows?
Yes. We first want to understand how your ski school works and find a suitable workflow together. Individual customisations can be integrated on request and are an important part of our DNA. If an enhancement would also benefit other ski schools, the quote for the school requesting it may be lower. We discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
Can you help with potential funding?
We look at whether funding could be available for your project and support the application and documentation of how funds are used.
