Your courses.
Bookable online.

Private lessons, group courses or an individual quote: your online shop reflects how your ski school works. Depending on the configuration, customers book directly without an additional step by ski school administration or send an enquiry first. Bookings, course places and administration stay connected. The shop is included in the complete Kursbiachle package.

Example prices for one person. Course and rental prices follow your course days; fixed course packages retain their package price. No booking is made.

You set the prices and course capacity.

Shape your offer around your season and daily operations. Shop availability stays connected to your course planning.

Flexible prices

Set prices to suit your products and booking options. Different course lengths and dynamic pricing can also be reflected.

Manage course places

Adjust available places and open or close courses directly in administration. The online shop takes this availability into account.

Vouchers & discounts

Use vouchers and different discounts for your offer. Partner codes, service codes and automated cancellation vouchers can also be managed through the system.

Categories without a fixed depth limit

Nest categories to suit your offer: for example Winter → Ski → Children → Beginners. Add further subcategories without a fixed number of levels.

Ski boots clipped into bindings, ready for the next course day.

Course, equipment and extras in one booking.

Guests can choose suitable additions alongside their course. You decide which products to offer together.

Recommend related products

Offer suitable rental products in a list alongside the course, such as a ski package or a small package. Each product has its own description and can ask for further details such as height and weight.

Offer additional products

Add optional products to a course, such as insurance. Selected extras and their prices appear in the shared booking summary.

Turn an enquiry into a booking.

Answer personal enquiries with a prepared cart. The course, dates and participants sit alongside the message history. The preview below shows an example exchange between a guest and a ski school.

Prepare a quote

Put together an individual cart and share its link by email, WhatsApp or social media. This also works for exclusive offers and last-minute bookings.

Discuss the details

Guests and the ski school write directly within the enquiry. Questions and agreements stay attached to the prepared cart.

Release it for booking

Once the details are agreed, release the offer for online payment. Set a booking deadline and use reminders. An enquiry alone is not a completed booking.

Ski school

Here is our offer for your private lesson. Do you have any questions?

Scripted example messages. This exchange plays only in the preview and does not send a real enquiry.

Prepare it once. Use it for your event.

Create reusable templates for events and specific offers. Customers open the prepared template and add the required details. A recurring offer has a shared starting point, without rebuilding every cart individually.

The right questions for the right course.

Adapt the course questionnaire to your ski school. Questions help establish your guests’ experience and ability level and prepare a suitable course selection. You choose the information you need.

Your shop is part of ski school administration.

All features are included in the full package. This separate shop page explains one part of Kursbiachle; there is no additional shop module to buy.

Use bookings in planning

Online bookings flow into course administration. Course capacity and planning remain connected to the shop.

Book without a customer login

Customers book courses and rental products even outside office hours. The customer account is managed internally in ski school administration and is not accessible to customers.

Pay online

Stripe, Hobex, Viveum and PayPal are already integrated. We discuss further payment providers and individual interfaces with you; these can involve additional costs.

Connect tickets & rental

The course ticket is emailed automatically after payment. A Rentmaxx connection and data handover are also available for rental workflows.

Tailored workflows. A private lesson enquiry example.

One example of a customisation we have already implemented is the enquiry process for private lessons that instructors and guides can take on through the app. For this, we connected the online shop, instructor app and course planning to support this way of working. Here is how the process works:

  1. 1. Request a private lesson

Guests request a course, such as a private lesson, in the online shop with their preferred times and participants. They do not choose a specific instructor. The enquiry is open to several ski instructors and guides for acceptance in the app.

  2. 2. Accept and preplan in the app

An instructor or guide accepts the enquiry directly in the app. This automatically creates a preplanned course for that person, with the exact participants from that booking and its dates and times.

  3. 3. Schedule firmly after payment

The guide releases the booking for payment in the app. Once the booking is paid, the preplanned course becomes a firmly scheduled course.

  4. 4. Hand over when unavailable

If the instructor becomes ill or is unavailable for another reason, they can hand their course over to another ski instructor or guide.

Questions about the online shop

Is the online shop included in Kursbiachle?

Yes. You receive the complete software with the online shop, administration and instructor app. There are no separate feature modules to buy. We agree individual customisations with you separately.

Which course models can I offer?

Examples include private lessons, fixed-length group courses and courses with a flexible date range. Specified start dates and permitted skipped days can also be configured. You decide which rules apply together for each product.

Can customers book directly without us having to intervene?

Yes. The shop can be configured so customers book and pay for their course directly online. No additional processing or approval by ski school administration is needed. For offers that need discussion, the enquiry process with a prepared cart and message history is also available.

How does an enquiry differ from a booking?

An enquiry lets the guest and ski school agree the offer first. The prepared cart contains course details and the message history. Release followed by the booking and payment steps leads to a completed booking.

Can I also offer rental and extras?

Yes. Cross-selling connects suitable products such as a course and ski rental. You can also offer optional extras such as insurance. The available choices depend on your products.

Can we bring our own workflows?

That is what the first conversation is for. We want to understand how your ski school works and where you need support. Individual customisations can be integrated on request and are an important part of our DNA. If an extension also benefits other ski schools, that may reduce the cost for the initiating school; we discuss this in the individual quote.

How should your guests book?
